Excellent and knowledgeable service. I've shopped with KMR online for many years and looking to upgrade my monitor speakers. I arranged a listening audition in person this time. Having researched many speakers Lee and James couldn't have been more helpful, setting them up allowing me to audition them. They recommend some other speakers at a similar price point and those suggestions were the ones I liked and chose. Considering this is quite an investment I am extremely grateful for the knowledge and help I received. Thank you.
