Great experience so far
Smooth process, installation was within a week of ordering, engineers were great and left no mess at all, router arrived the day and services were all ready to go. Immediately getting 3x the speed I was with BT. The standout is that I've had issues with Disney+ which I've seen mentioned before. I reached out to Squirrel on Facebook Messenger tonight at gone 11pm (not expecting a reply until business hours tomorrow) and got the automated reply advising they're open 8am-8pm. Then got a second reply within 2 minutes of my original message explaining that although it's outside of business hours they were happy to help and explained what I needed to do to resolve the issue! Well above the level of service expected and fingers crossed it will continue.
