Poor experience overall, would not recommend
Poor experience overall, would not recommend. SIM card took longer than promised to arrive. Could not port old number across and customer service could not be reached by app, telephone or web enquiry form. No information available on what the reason was for the outage or when service would resume. When I eventually managed to speak to a representative, they gave me incorrect information on my cooling off period, telling me I was no longer able to cancel without incurring the full cancellation charge. When I queried this they changed their mind. Mobile data quality is shocking. Web pages seen to take an age to load and that’s only if there’s service in the area.
