Poor, mixed and at time non exisitent Communication
The communication has been extremely poor. I have two different people emailing me from the same email address, I have sent queries which have been ignored, lost or avoided. I have received different invoices dated on the same day. Now I have taken my frustrations and concerns further with the team manager and made a complaint. However I have received no response or even acknowledgement of the email. I thought I would give them this chance to explain before leaving a review on here, and mentioned this in my email of complaint. Communication is horrendous, I would not recommend to anyone and will be writing to the housing association to tell them of my experience. Do not use UNLESS you want to add additional stress to your moving experience. 08/08/2024 Just to update I have emailed the reviews team as suggested below, 3 or so weeks later nothing has been received from them, not even an acknowledgement. Funnily enough contact finally from the firm regarding a bill. Awful firm of solicitors who ignore and blank you when you have enquiries or any difficult questions. The legal costs have more than double with no decent explanation or insight. I wish I have had never gone with this firm. Now considering further options of complaint with the ombudsman.
