I would like to thank all the team at Karen Potter for their outstanding customer service from start to finish. They understand the importance of keeping communication open and when a phone call is more appropriate than texts or emails. Whenever I called the office a member of staff answered and I was never put on hold or had to go through various options to get the right department. I know that selling a house and moving is stressful and at times it has been overwhelming and emotionally and physically exhausting. All the staff have shown empathy and understanding. They have supported and guided me through the process with their invaluable advice and professionalism. There are many estate agents out there but it's about finding one you can trust. Without hesitation I would recommend Karen Potter.
