Gave me a fake availability to charge me
After giving them my preferences for dates, received an email with available slot. Went straight away to book an find out that there is no availability on gov.uk site. After reading ( I know, my fault to read reviews after making mistakes) other reviews, realised that I've been scammed by giving false slots just to take money as on their website says- you will be charged only after we provide a slot.🤷♀️ they charged me but I was unable to get a slot
