First time it worked, now useless and even has a negative impact on my bill
First time I used them it worked great. Then I moved and they claimed to be able to get the same rate, but it’s now been 3+ months with the lower rate stated on their platform but not actually the rate I pay. Losing money every day and they can’t give me an answer. Had I known they would drag their feet like this and not proactively reach out to the supplier to confirm the rate availability, I would have just secured a lower rate myself as I can see several options available on various market places. Useless customer service
