Delayed Exchange
I am not a PCS client, I am the seller of a property whose potential buyer has engaged this firm as their solicitor. There is a lack of response to phone and email. Information requests arrive sequentially, and there is, to a layman, the appearance of little understanding of some basics associated with a sale of a flat and where the buyer has a mortgage. A completely chain free purchase, shows little sign of exchange as we approach 5 months.
