No Show - No explanation
I had an appointment booked for between 12 and 5 last Tuesday. I rang customer service twice when it was getting late to be told that they had no way of contacting the engineer and couldn't confirm if he was coming or not. What a ridiculous system. He didn't arrive at all. He didn't phone with any excuse. Total bad manners and disgraceful customer service. I had taken a precious days holiday from work for this appointment. The customer care team have a very 'don't care' attitude. I won't ever use Bord Gais again for servicing. I will also warn my friends not to go near them. I still didn't get any explanation as to why he didn't arrive and why he didn't have the manners to phone me to explain.
