I was planning on selling my mobile to…

I was planning on selling my mobile to this company but no more ... my teenage daughter used her savings to buy herself an Apple Watch from Grade (via Amazon market place) in her excitement she ordered an Android Version but needed IOS .. we contacted Amazon who who said avcept order but contact Grade mobile so we did they us a return label and returned the watch and also stated via email we would be happy to do an exvhange if that was easier. We sentbit back special delivery tracked 48 at our cost . We followed the tracking to be sure it arrived which it did ... yay .. my daughter then lost or disgarded the postal receipt. Fast forward to almost a week later despite emails to Grade mobile and phone calls and chats with Amaxon, Royal mail etc still no refund on upset Daughter. Grade mobile say 'we refund in approx 48 hrs from receipt' that's well past and if we can't give them the postal receipt basically hard cheese ! Royal mail dont issue a duplicate and tracking proves they have the watch back ... very poor all emails are answered with cut and pasted reply of 'Refunds issued 48 business hours from receipt of return' Still not resolved they had the return almost a week and won't even confirm they have it with refund pending ! No-one explained the process of return to my teenager who is of course very upset. Thankfully we've found the receipt but having your customer trawl through their rubbish bin is hardly good service NOT helpful
