I was banned and didn't get any…
I was banned and didn't get any notification so when I was trying to log-in I couldn't, I thought it may be a bug or updating the app or because Google sign in don't work sometimes so I said maybe I'll try again when they fix it, But no. So I received a new payment notification, and tried to login again but still couldn't. I contacted the support to see what's the problem then They told me I got banned for scam calls but now they will reactivate my account without any problem without asking why or telling me don't do that again. First of all I wasn't scam calling, I called multi associations for help and not even for me, I called to help someone else. Second I canceled my subscription right away when I logged in. After a while, I received a "Failed Payment notification" why I don't know. Idk know who's scamming here. I contacted their support team again to ask why, they said you should cancel your subscription from 2 different places hahaha. I had one subscription for a phone number and I canceled it 100%. But no, they have another opinion. That's the worst experience I ever had with an online tool or an app.
