Very bad service and not friendly staff
Very bad service and not friendly staff I bought a SAMSUNG GALAXY NOTE 10 PLUS DUAL SIM (N9750) 12GB RAM 256GB UNLOCKED with Wonda and when it arrived it felt not the same quality we have in the UK. I sent an email to the customer service telling them that I am not convinced with its quality, they bluffed and said that "Poor quality?? It is a brand new device. What you mean poor quality?" They said that if I want to return I will need to pay another 30 GBP to the shipment. "Please understand that there will be an admin fee for return. Return postage in your account Make sure the device and all accessories without damages as new. Please take a photo of the IMEI on the box and the device, send us for reference" I told them that this is a very bad service. I have all the exchanged emails. I ended up telling my friend who told me he can sell it for me. I am happy he was able to do so. Do not buy from this website and buy it from known places in the UK, they protect your customer right this company is not doing so.
