READ YOUR BILL!! Don't pay until you are about to walk out the door. First estimate: $1646 Second estimate: $800 Billed: $864 Told I was due a $194 refund for services not rendered. Okay, great. As I was ready to walk out the door, suddenly, I owed them $95 more. What? They couldn't (or wouldn't) explain why. I asked for specifics, they wouldn't give it to me. I asked for an itemized statement, they gave me a doctored one without any specifics about the refund and/or the additional $95 charge. Overall, I would be very careful about their business model practices. They are all about the $$ vs. anything else. They also lack good communication skills. Make sure they acknowledge what you have told them so you don't end up paying for things that have nothing to do with why you are there.
