Worst customer service
Worst customer service. I have paid my bill by card despite the direct debit set up... What a mistake! For a month now, the direct debit is still trying to go through despite despite numerous email to the customer service... Customer service that take between 3-5 days to reply every time and not at all proactive in the response, I suppose the only choice I have is to pay my bill twice.
