Late payment settled with ease

My letting agent usually deals with paying the service charge for my flat that's being rented, however, I found out very late that due to the service charge being a lot higher than usual, the agent had not paid it, and it was now very overdue. By the time I paid it, a late fee should have been added, but after emailing Jason Gouveia, Account Manager at Prime Property, to let him know of my situation and reason for late payment. He replied quickly to advise me that payment had been settled and my account was up-to-date. No late fee charged. I'm very happy with the quick response and his understanding in this situation.
