Disappointed
After booking my holiday, I immediately booked my airport hotel and trains to and from the airport. Riviera then casually informed me that my trip had been cancelled. They offered me a new holiday, which was flying from a different airport. I am now out of pocket as I am left with a non- refundable hotel booking and train tickets. I was shocked that they didn’t offer me any voucher or discount for inconveniencing me. I am unable to claim on my insurance. They said as Riviera has cancelled, they should offer compensation for the inconvenience. I will not be using Riviera again as I don’t wish to support a company with poor customer service.
