The check-in was EAZY!
The check-in was great. The car overall was great. My one criticism is that the car's general maintenance seems to lack in a few minor, but inconvenient ways. The interior and exterior of the car did not seem to have been thoroughly cleaned, and there was a sticky substance on the driver side interior door panel near the dashboard . The windshield washer fluid was completely empty, which was a problem on a long trip – I was driving from Florence to Sicily. Also, the AC coolant seemed to be low, as temperatures were not that extreme outside, but the car struggled to stay cool inside if the fan blower was not on the highest setting. Otherwise, the car was great, and these minor issues did not affect my use or my overall satisfaction.
