I ordered the wrong part from these…
I ordered the wrong part from these people, and my attempt to return it has been nothing but irritating. They put off providing the required forms and labels, and have used up 3 of the 4 weeks return window. Their standard answer is that the process will move forward within 24-48 hours, but it doesn't happen. Support consists only of delaying tactics. I believe they want to eventually claim that the product was not returned on time and that refund is not available. They seem dishonest and unethical. According to my research, I am but one of hundreds with similar complaints. STAY AWAY. DO NOT BUY.
