Hazelton's Canada

Received flowers were not what I paid for.
I ordered and paid for champagne and a bouquet of 30 carnations and lilies (50 USD for the flowers) to celebrate a family member's completion of cancer treatment. The flowers received were: 3 stalks of Gerber daisies, 2 stalks of purple and yellow daisies, 2 stalks with green berries, and some basic filler. In my opinion, there was no attempt at a substitution of "equal or greater value." Upon my complaint, which included pictures, Hazeltons response was these were of equivalent value and there would be no refund for the difference in cost. I can only infer that this is how Hazeltons makes a profit: by charging for one item and delivering a less expensive product to the recipient.
