Holding money to randsome…..
Edited due to response from moving internet: I ordered on the Monday and it did not turn up until late on Thursday night. My main issue was you refused to refund even though at the time I had not received the delivery, and when I did refuse at the door and asked it to be returned to sender, you still refused to refund until it actually got back to you. You tried to make me responsible for a package that was late and I had never even had in my hands. That was between you and the Royal Mail and you did further indicate over email if you never got the package back, I would never get a refund. Your company is literally a disgrace. Holding money to randsome….. I think my most recent response covers the main points, item wasn’t delivered on time, I was desperate for work for an internet solution, most unhelpful dismissive people and have been spoken down too and now they are refusing to refund, avoid like the plague….. My issues in an email to them, still refusing to refund even though I have never touched the item. When following up where it was I was told to exercise patience!!!! Response as followed….. Your completely missing the point….. None of this as a customer is my fault I appreciate sometimes things go wrong, this was a situation for me something had already gone wrong, hence my order with you, so for this to go wrong was a disaster for me. Your response of kindly exercise patience has been met with winces from people I have told, it’s rude, dismissive and totally got my back up. You are now holding my money for something I have zero control over like somehow it is my responsibility as the customer if the item not delivered on time that I refused at the door somehow doesn’t get back to you, that’s between you and your choice of partner (not mine) Royal Mail. I have done everything my end, if Royal Mail experience another delay to return to you, why is my money being used as some sort of deposit? What happens if Royal Mail loose the item and fail to deliver back to you, I never get a refund? The whole concept of not processing the refund when you can see I did not accept the parcel is outrageous and really underhand.
