Have A Lot To Learn About Customer Service
Sent the 230V version of the product instead of the version configured at 115V. I lost hours trying to troubleshoot. The manufacturer helped fix the issue prior to any help coming from KMR. In the end KMR offered a pitiful amount to make good on their error and my lost time. I’m running a business and found their make-good not so good. I’ll never purchase anything through them again.
