Reluctant review
It was not that great! I hate doing surveys. I was unable to get through to Saga by phone on first attempts as I had to hold on for far too long and gave up. I was eventually put through to someone in South Africa and had difficulty at times in understanding her. On the whole, I like dealing with Saga.
