Dreadful customer service
Received renewal.and was quoted 50% higher than Admiral. Called to cancel policy, long wait only to be cut off. Entered chat and was told they may take 40 minutes to reply. I made it clear In the ope ung the chat message I was seeking to cancel policy.Eventually received reply but by that time had lost will to live and left my desk.They said the chat was ended and to contact back However incredibly these incompetent idiots registered a claim! I am now being chased for more details. Astounding. This incompetence will probably now effect my record. Trying to contact them again is impossible. I can only presume these people wfh and Loose Women took their attention Paddy, I did get in touch with you and opened a chat to cancel my policy. You then opened a claim. I tried calling and was cut off. Your wait times are a joke. Customer service is at Churchill is nothing short of appalling!
