Don’t order from this place

Don’t order from this place if you want your items on time. I ordered crucial diabetes sensors for my child which I needed for a certain date. Pharmacy4u failed to despatch the items on time/ 24hours too late to be exact and also failed to notify me. Unfortunately I naturally didn’t receive the sensors on time/ prior to our family trip and I had a struggle to last minute find them elsewhere. Now pharmacy4u refuse refund me or let me return the items, denying their professional responsibility. Not only do they not get back to emails consistently, but also avoid the actual issue. I will go for a more trustworthy, higher rated online pharmacy next time, this has been a nightmare of bad customer service, unwillingness and poor responsiveness from beginning to end.
