Condescending and unhelpful
I contacted their online help for clarification regarding some of their trading rules and was treated in an incredibly rude and condescending manner. As a potential customer asking pre sales questions it was surprising. I see that they have responded below and it appears that the response is written by the same person that I conversed with online. Not entirely accurate in the way the conversation went as I was simply trying to establish if they considered averaging into a position was acceptable and met their trading rules or if that might be considered as grid/martingale. As a potential customer it seemed a sensible pre purchase question to ask
