Delivery service not legendary
Mixed experience. Placed and order which was subsequently cancelled as one product was out of stock. So made two new orders, one for the out of stock item and one for everything else. Two issues then occurred: 1) The out of stock item took 4 months to be delivered and many many follow-up phone calls. 2) The "every thing else" order was delivered on-time to my cabinet maker (i.e. it was a drop ship) For both deliveries, the delivery drivers did not secure a proof-of-delivery. It appears that Appliances Online does not have that capability, yet. This was a major issue for the delivery to the cabinet maker, who lost the shipment. It was resolved through payment dispute and eventually the shipment was found. Took 2 weeks. Would I buy from Appliance Online again, certainly. But with two recommendations: 1) Only order goods from Appliances Online that are in-stock 2) Never ship goods to anywhere but your own address, i.e. no drop ships Service was legendary, but maybe not in a good way
