Work and Materials great. Admin iffy
The work done and staff that visited very good. I have reduced payment to electricity provider to £50. Advice by installer to use power as it's generated rather than pay when not generating. (E.g. put washing machine on in the afternoon) is good advice. Admin could be improved 1 wrong number of panels delivered (admin error) 2 Still missing DMO number which is needed by Scottish Power to get paid for exported power. It would be useful to have answers to questions electricity providers ask in a more convenient form in the info pack provided. 3 Scaffolding slow to be removed, only when I said I was going to charge rent did it get removed. Some connecting pieces not collected. 4 They keep asking me to review them after this was first posted.
