** Followup Review **

** Followup Review ** I always give credit when credit is due. I wrote a review six days ago praising the submission experience * shout out to Mis.Alhanoof Alessa again* However, my pickup experience was not as great. The corner area, where the copy machine is, was overcrowded and poorly organized. People were on top of each other, waving out receipts left and right. I understand that last Thursday was a vacation and requests on Sunday might have been more than what is usual, but it did not look civil nor did "Faris Ameen" (assuming he's the responsible staff for pickups) He had poor management, did not get to work collecting recepit papers until he was shouted at by another visitor, and the rotten cherry on top was his attuide. He could have been more respectful in dealing with visitors. In my opinion, He is not the right guy for handling delicate tasks like passport pickups, and I urge BLS to look for a more qualified staff.
