I ordered a $200.00 basket for my daughter's birthday. The package arrived on the wrong day, the cake had collapsed, a wine glass was broken, 1 product was missing, They offered me a $5.00 in store credit against a next purchase. I assume they already knew I wasnt going to order again. I told them to keep the $5.00 they seem to need it more than I do
