First time to use East Coast Car Rentals. The service was great - affordable price, easy navigation to the shuttle pick up point with very minimal wait time and friendly staff. I gave 4 stars only because I booked the child seats but they were not installed beforehand, and I thought $1,000 for the deposit was a bit too expensive. Even though I got the deposit back at the end, the initial explanation from staff was they would deduct $1,000 from my account and refund if there was no damage. On return, another staff clarified the money in the account was just frozen so they didn't actually deduct it, so there was a bit of miscommunication as well. Other than that, everything was great!
