Shocking Service - Do NOT recommend
Extremely disappointed with this company and their complete lack of customer service. I purchased a vehicle from them which turned out to be faulty, and I have been trying to get some resolve and communication for 3 months, i finally submitted a formal complaint over two weeks ago, clearly outlining the issues and requesting a resolution under my consumer rights. Despite allowing them 14 days to respond, I’ve heard nothing back – not even an acknowledgment. This kind of silence is unacceptable from any business, especially when it concerns something as serious (and expensive) as a car. Avoid this company if you value customer service, accountability, or basic communication. Once they have your money, it seems you're on your own. I will now be escalating this through the proper legal and regulatory channels.
