Extremely poor service! Do not recommend!!!
We experienced extremely poor service! We purchased a bottle of cognac as a birthday gift for a friend, but it was never delivered. FedEx claimed that someone signed for it, but the name was clearly fake, suggesting the parcel was stolen. Despite paying a significant amount for insurance and delivery, Remedy refused to assist, stating that FedEx had delivered the parcel. Our interaction with Remedy's support was extremely unpleasant, and we will never buy from this store again. While the lost money is frustrating, it's the undelivered gift for our friend that truly disappoints us.
