No customer service at all.

No customer service at all. They overcharged me on my first bill having falsified the initial readings. I pointed that out and have been waiting 9-weeks so far with no response at all to the complaint I raised. They just keep telling me it will be a further 2-weeks. Criminal! No wonder they have been disallowed from taking on new customers
