I am extremely disappointed with my experience with this rental company. Their customer service has been horrendous from start to finish. First off, their response times are painfully slow, and when I finally did hear back, it was far too late to address my issues in a timely manner. To make matters worse, during Christmas time, I was hit with unexpected extra charges for a plumber service. Not only was I given little notice about these charges, but the issue hasn’t even been resolved yet— the plumber is still working on the problem, and it’s been days. This lack of communication, poor service, and added fees during the holiday season have made this a truly frustrating experience. I will not be renting from them again and would caution anyone else to think twice before doing so.
