Wonderful Tina of Lextons.
Tina, the branch manager, in the Kemptown branch of Lextons was absolutely fantastic at every stage of our purchase. She facilitated the negotiation stage being fair to both vendor and purchaser. She then lubricated the deal acting as go between. Whenever we felt our purchase was going nowhere, she would intervene and help things along. We always felt in the loop at every stage.
