Total rip off company!!
After buying a new car I called them to change the car on my policy. First of all I had to change my address which they charged me £87 for the privilege of moving to the very next street!! Then they wanted me to pay an additional charge of £381 for 6 months worth of policy left to add a newer car with a smaller engine to my previous car! I said hold off, I’m going to look elsewhere as I may just cancel the rest of my policy and get cheaper elsewhere. I called back not an hour later to cancel as I found a policy for £527 for the year. I asked for a refund for the £87 for the change of address which they point blank refused as it had already ‘gone through’. This company will charge u an admin fee if u fart in the wrong direction and all they have to say is ‘we’ll log this as an expression of dissatisfaction’ I’ve been with this company twice but I will never go with them again! And my policy number was 136602594 02 because I know your reply will b to email you and you’ll look into this which is absolute garbage!
