Beware of this company.
11/18 Update: Immediately after I submitted this review I was contacted. I was told that my lawyer, Kevin Wang, required additional funds to take the case. I was assured that by agreeing to have additional funds added to the account each month over the next year that a settlement offer would be coming soon. I agreed and even had a voice recording taken authorizing the additional funds. (I arranged some overtime at work to pay for this.) Four days ago I received an email stating that my account had been assigned to an "in house litigation negotiator." The message asked for me to call for further information. The next day I called and spoke to Ashley who informed me (after putting me on hold for about 8 minutes) that I did not have a lawyer and would be required to attend any court proceedings alone. I was unsatisfied with this new development and asked to have somebody from the litigation department call me. I still await that call... 10/30 Beware of this company. I contracted with this company almost 10 months ago. Things seemed to be going well at first... Some negotiation on small accounts. I was served a subpoena about a month ago and still have not spoken to or otherwise corresponded with a lawyer. Several "litigation representatives" have given me various pieces of dubious advise. My calls and emails are not being returned. I fear that I will be in a worse financial situation than before I began the program.
