For a company called Ozzi Home, I was surprised firstly that I was charged in $US. (I'm in Australia) Secondly the Rat pouches are useless. The Rats literally pushed them aside, When approached about their 30 day money back guarantee, I was told that was only for unopened / unused products, A complete scam.
