My order mistake and they corrected it!!
I purchased a specific product, without ordering the main serum. What I discovered was the product I ordered needs to be put into the bottle of the main serum. Long story short the caps with the needles did not fit the bottles of serum I ordered. The company immediately said they would send me one main serum bottle and a new top and a box to keep them in. Cost to me is nothing!! they were also very prompt and answering my concern about the needle caps not fitting the bottles I received… I give them five stars*****
