Do not order, you might never get it!!!
I placed an order for my daughter’s birthday in May 2nd. It was a personalized necklace. On May 16th I received an email saying that the order was out for delivery, then I got nothing delivered. Please note, they have no phone number to call, you have to send an email and they reply a day or two later. I sent an email to request for an update. They said the order was in transit. A week later, because I didn’t get that order I sent another email. They said the order is being remade because it didn’t pass quality control. I requested to cancel, at first they said okay, then they said they are unable to cancel the order so they offered 25% back to my card. But since then, the order is still not shipped. In couple of days it will be a month since I placed the order while they said it takes 2 weeks for customized order. My daughter’s birthday passed, I still have nothing, I don’t even know when they will ship that damn necklace, they refused to cancel my order too. Please if you want to order it for a special occasion, don’t!!!! If you want to order just for you don’t! I wish they had zero star.
