Awful
I had to cancel my trip due to Covid restrictions. I tried to phone the number over a 2 day period but no one answered the phone. I had to resort to sending an email. By the time they got a into me the company refused to move or refund my booking as I was out of the 48 hour period. Awful customer service and company ethics considering the current pandemic situation we are all trying to deal with.
