This was the worst company I have ever dealt with. I ordered 2 pairs of shoes on President’s Day. I did not read the return and exchange procedure because it was an American company and I did not think I would have a problem with a return (my fault) Neither shoe fit correctly and I couldn’t return them because they were "discounted". I could exchange them-nothing in my size-or have a credit on their site for a year. (Then what happens to my money?) I asked a customer representative (No names on emails) “So if I would have purchased the day before or the day after President’s Day I could return (my cost) the VERY SAME shoes?” I was told discounts are very expensive for the company. I said "Well, don't offer them! Plenty of stores do not have President Day Sales or other holiday sales!" I also said I would gladly pay back my discount if I were able to return the shoes! I have heard nothing.
