First time buyers
Charlotte Davitt & Amanda Ackroyd both guided us through are first time purchase which we have competed today! and was happy to answer any questions we had and even if we felt silly asking them they assured us we weren’t! The whole process didn’t feel as bad as I was expecting with the horror stories you read online. On top of this we were expecting and the little one came and both were great in assuring us someone else could get the keys on our behalf and even asked about news on the baby! Really giving a human touch to the whole experience! Both me and my partner are really happy with the experience we’ve had thank you so much!
