If I could leave negative stars I would. I ordered my Mother's Day Basket on April 23rd for delivery on Mother's Day, and it showed up an entire day late with no explanation even though it was supposed to be guaranteed delivery by 8pm on the day of my choosing. Upon arrival, the basket was missing many items and the ones that were included, weren't the items I had selected. I chose that basket specifically because it came with products my mother loved. I've tried calling, emailing, using their "live chat" which doesn't work and had no response. I'm determined to let everyone know what terrible service they have. I am also trying to cancel a future order I had placed with them to no avail, or response from Hazelton's at all. I will most likely have to claim fraud as that's exactly what this big scam of a company is.
