Lack of customer service
My address auto populated from an old order or something, I was never prompted for my address, and it is shipping to the wrong address. I used the PayPal option to pay, so can only guess that's why I wasn't prompted to review it, but my address is correct in PayPal, so still baffled on what it's my old address. Once the order is placed, you cannot fix the address or cancel the order, even when the address doesn't even match your payment method. I tried within seconds of seeing it and called the moment the "customer service" line opened. The order hasn't even processed yet. They don't care on any level to make sure your order is going to the right place. Definitely will not be spending another penny with them.
