Opodo: A Fraudulent Company—Avoid at All Costs! They use your account information for fraudulent purposes. It’s incredibly disappointing to see a British company like Opodo allegedly engaging in such fraudulent practices. In September, I bought a flight ticket through their website, and a month later, they began charging me $110 for an Opodo Prime annual membership—without my consent! When I called their customer service to ask for a refund, they refused. Instead, tried to convince me that the Prime membership was somehow "worth it," despite the fact that I had never agreed to it !!!! They continue to take fees without any clear notification or permission! After a fruitless conversation with that Egyptian man, I attempted to email their customer service, but every email bounced back, seems they blocked my IP, making it impossible to reach them! Opodo is a scam—avoid them if you don’t want to be ripped off!
