Highly Recommended.
Highly Recommended. First of all, my son found Cognito Education a huge benefit while revising, and I would definitely recommend the service. However, I also wanted to praise their customer service. I recently realised that I had still been paying for the service even though we were no longer using it. I contacted Cognito by email, and my subscription was cancelled in less than 24 hours. They also refunded my most recent month’s payment, which I hadn’t even requested. Many thanks.
