Poor fitting and customer service
Review for Scarborough branch. Poor initial fitting of some products which required replacements and refitting. Very poor customer service and communication for a large company. Quality of products over the long term as yet to be seen. Only suitable resolved via complaint and intervention by head office. On reflection I feel I would have been better going with one of the other local independent companies I got quotes from as substantial cheaper.
