CRAPPY PRODUCT CRAPPY COSTUMER SERVICE NOT WORTH THE HEADACHE OR MONEY
I ordered my fix sensor February 27th.My premium free trial started even though I physically did not have it in hand but I was told it was because I could access the app features.How can I use the premium features except for talk to a mechanic when I physically cannot scan the car with the app when I do not have that it's still in the mail coming to me.Okay so after the so-called 14-day free trial even though I only had nine physical days of it being in my hand I canceled the automatic subscription that they signed me up for.I've been going to email telling me that they were sad to see me go but they sent me a promotion with 50% off the premium which was a little over $30 okay and it was for a year.I thought that was a great deal so I paid for it well before I resubscribed to the deal that they sent me I had already contacted customer support asking them why I was only given nine days basically that I did not get the full 14-day free trial with the device in hand because how am I supposed to scan my my vehicle if I don't have the sensor.The customer service person George Frederick then cancels my subscription that I paid for I didn't find out until a few days later that he actually did cancel my subscription after I told him that I had already canceled the first one he still cancels the one that I paid for already the 50% off.So I start asking him more questions why did he cancel my subscription that I never asked him to cancel when I paid for in the first place I never asked him to cancel any of them and of course he starts responding back basically calling me a liar without putting in the email stating that I was a liar.He tells me per my request that it was canceled I have all the emails and stuff proving all thisI then call the fix company itself I get to speak to a manager and I get put on hold for a while he comes back on tells me he spoke to well someone higher up than him saying that he could offer me the same promotion that I already paid for and was canceled by someone who apparently skims over the emails that they get because that's what he says because he was assuming that's probably what happened because they get thousands of emails a day. So yeah when you send in something to customer service with this company apparently the people who read them don't actually read them they skim over them because and I quote they get thousands of emails a day. But that's all they could do for me was give me another 50% off when it should have never been canceled in the first place and I should have never been called a liar even though that's not what he said in the emails in those exact words but he tells me per my request that's still calling me a liar. I am close to 40 years old I have been in the customer service business for over 20 years since I was 16. When a customer is wrongfully done like this and then call the liar do you really think that you should give them the same promotion that they had already paid for and it shouldn't have been canceled the first place to fix the problem? No you give them something better because giving them the same promotion that they had already was given and then paid for and then wrongfully canceled and then tell the person that were basically a liar the same promotion they already had once before does not fix the problem no it makes it worse it makes the company lose their customers oh and when I was able to use the premium it doesn't scan everything like it should like the way everybody talks because I know for a fact that there's more wrong with my vehicle than what it said on the sensor it's not just an O2 sensor or the catalytic converter. So the device and the company is bull crap I should have never wasted my money on it the sad part is when I own one 4 years ago it was great it was awesome loved it now it's just crappy and not worth the money.Oh one more thing I can't get a refund to send a device back in because it was on sale now what am I going to do with the crappy piece of advice just throw it away and let my money go to waste even more because I just threw the actual device away I mean come on people make sure you read the fine print first before you order this product.And believe me I promise I have the email still in my account to prove all this so if their corporate wants to go ahead and delete those emails from their company email account go right on ahead because I still have mine and you can't delete nothing from my account unless you hack into my Gmail account because the customer service guy that was sending me all these emails his name is George Frederick.I don't know why it keeps changing the date of experience on here but it happened today the conversation between me and a manager or supervisor or whatever he's supposedly called or his so-called title which he was not acting like 03/21/2023 this conversation happened over an hour ago about giving me another 50% off yet to receive an email.
