Checking with the agency before booking online
I have been looking for a return flight from UK to the Phil with search engines and found Crystal Travel to have one of the cheapest flight offer. Just an advise from previous experiences, even if your search engine redirects you to the website to book the flight, it's best to still confirm the flight you choose by calling them to prevent any hassles or inconveniences you might encounter. Thanks to Joy Wilson. He patiently guided me through my booking. In the end, the flights I was trying to book got more expensive as we were still deciding if we can still find alternatives. With Joy's help, he got us discounted price. To Mr. Joy Wilson, thank you for your assistance, for sounding calm and for accommodating our needs and these were at least met.
